We are looking for people of all ages to take part in a 2 hour group discussion in London about banking. We are looking to speak to people who have experiences an bereavement or been involved in settling financial accounts of someone who has passed away

Have you experienced a bereavement of a relative, spouse or friend on the last 2 years? Yes/No?
If so, please tell us what relation this person was to you.
Were you involved in closing and settling the financial accounts for the person that passed away? Yes/No?
Did you notify the banks of the person that passed away? Yes/No?

Deleting spam emails
Finding information using a search engine
Watching videos on things like YouTube, etc
Filling out an application form online
Using a mobile app
Evaluating whether a website is safe and can be trusted
