We are looking for cancer patients in London OR Manchester that have been diagnosed with SIADH-Syndrome of Inappropriate Ant diuretic Hormone Secretion OR Carers of patients that have been diagnosed with SIADH to take part in an in home OR telephone interview for 1 hour.

Venue	- In Home OR Telephone Interview
Date	- Interviews to be completed by 1st December 2013
Time	- Date and time to be arranged at a time to suit
Incentive	- £80.00
