We are looking for specific types of people to take part in an in home interview for up to 1 hour about views and opinions on home energy.
We are specifically looking to speak to people with any of the following:
People who cannot speak English proficiently
People lacking basic digital needs i.e. communication skills, organisational skills, problem solving, etc
People who have a learning disability
People with low literacy
People with a memory impairment
People who do not have internet access at all
People who live in a household which is not connected to the gas grid
People who have a prepay gas or electricity meter
People who live in a private rented property
People who have a severe hearing impairment
People who live in accommodation that is rented from a council or local authority
People who live in a property where 2 or more properties are connected to a single heat source or in a building where there are more than 10 individual customers connected to a single heat source
