We are looking for people aged 18-75 to take part in a discussion for 1 hour in Central London about travelling abroad and tropical diseases.

Please tell us if you have travelled to any of the following in last 3 years; Central America, South America, Central Africa or South-East Asia. If so, please tell us the country/countries/regions that you visited.
Before travelling, did you research any information on tropical diseases? I.e. online, with doctor, etc?
Did you have to have any of the following vaccines before travelling? Malaria Pills, Hepatitis A and B, Japanese encephalitis, Yellow Fever, Meningococcal, Rabies or Cholera?
Are you aware of/heard of Dengue Fever? Yes or No?
