MARKET RESEARCH – Project Mobile Community

We are looking for males and females aged 18-55 to take part in an interesting research about technology and the impact technology has on our lives

The research is in 3 stages: Stage 1 will require you to complete an online diary for 1 week of payments that you make on debit/credit cards, when you use a loyalty card and when you use/redeem discount vouchers. In order to do this, you will download a free app on your mobile phone which will be easy to use. If help is required there will be a technician on hand to help.

Some participants will be selected to take part in a 4 hour in home interview to gain insight in to your transaction experiences when you are out and about shopping, etc The 3rd stage of this study will involve a further online study using an app to gain feedback on the user friendliness of the app. You will be required to enter real details using your cards and loyalty cards, however, the data entered will NOT be used, shared or analysed by any research team or the sponsoring client.
