We are looking for people who have suffered a stroke OR carers who care for someone who has suffered a stroke, to take part in an interview in London for 90 minutes.
There will be a pre-task to complete prior to the interview
Wednesday 3rd May or Thursday 18th May 2017
£50.00 + £20 for completed pre-task
Various times available from 11am – 3.45pm (depending on answers)

No symptoms at all
No significant disability despite symptoms. Able to carry out all usual duties and activities
Slight disability. Unable to carry out all previous activities but able to look after own affairs without assistance
Moderate disability. Requiring some help but able to walk without assistance
Moderately severe disability. Unable to walk without assistance and unable to attend to own bodily needs without assistance
Severe disability. Bedridden, incontinent and requiring constant nursing care and attention
