What type of treatment are you taking for your diabetes? I.e. Oral medication (pills), Insulin injections, other non-insulin injections

If you are taking insulin injections, please tell us the name of the insulin/s you are injecting.

Please tell us the name of the injection device/s you are CURRENTLY using i.e. Flextouch, Humalin pen, Solostar, etc. Please also state how long you have been using this device for.

Please tell us the names of any injection devices that you have used in the past.
