MARKET RESEARCH – Project Customer Journey

We are looking people to take part in a research project using an app to track customer experiences. You will be required to upload photos and videos throughout the journey.

We are looking to speak to people who are seriously considering taking out a subscription for a satellite digital TV package. The app will track your journey from the initial ordering service through to completion of the installation.
