MARKET RESEARCH – Project Post-Menopausal Osteoporosis

We are looking for people aged 65+ who have been diagnosed with post-menopausal osteoporosis to take part in an interview in London for 90 minutes.

LOCATION:   London NW1
DATE:   Monday 11th September 2017 or Tuesday 12th September 2017
INCENTIVE:   £50.00
TIME:   Various times available from 12.30pm – 6.30pm

If you have children, please tell us their ages.

How long ago were you diagnosed with post-menopausal osteoporosis?

When did you last have a menstrual cycle/period?

Have you suffered from any stress fractures or broken bones by ripping or falling from a standing position, since the onset of the menopause (not including broken fingers, toes or skull)? Yes/No?

If yes, which bones have you broken and how many times have you broken each of those bones?

Please list all medications that you are currently taking for your osteoporosis.

Please list all medications that you have taken in the past for your osteoporosis but are no longer taking.

Please forward this on to anyone you know who may be interested.
