We are looking for people aged 18+ who care for people suffering with Asthma to take part in a research in London for 90 minutes.

Location	- London, NW1
Date	- 9th, 10th, 11th OR 14th April 2014
Time	- Various daytime slots available
Incentive	- £80.00

Please tell us if you are a professional carer to a patient with Asthma, a volunteer carer for someone unrelated to you suffering with Asthma, or if you are an unpaid carer to a family member who suffers with Asthma.

How old is the patient you care for? Please tell us the name of the medication the patient takes for their asthma.

Please tell if you have any experience in administering injections to anyone, including yourself, for any condition, in the past. If so, please tell us what condition this is/was for.
