Project Saucy Market Research We are looking for people aged 18+ to take part in a research about food and grocery shopping for 90 minutes in St Albans. Please do not apply for this project if you suffer from any food allergies or have restricted diet due to religion, etc, as you may be required to taste some food products.
Name: Telephone Number: Postcode: Age: Please tell us who you live with in your household. If you have children, please tell us their ages. Which supermarkets do you shop in regularly? What type of foods do you buy from the chiller cabinets? I.e. Soups, meat, chicken, seafood, ready meals, etc? If you buy ‘world foods’, please tell us what type of meals you buy and how often you them i.e. Italian, Indian, Chinese, Asian, African, South American, etc... If you buy cooking sauces, please tell us what you buy and if they are fresh sauces from the chiller cabinet or long life from the shelf. If you buy fresh soups, please tell us what brands you buy or have bought in the past i.e. Covent Garden Soups, Glorious! Soups, Heinz, Supermarket own brand, etc...
