How many patients do you treat with HER2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer per month?

Do you have access to Perjeta as a treatment for your patients? If so, what percentage of patients do you treat with Perjeta? If you do not prescribe Perjeta please tell us if you prescribe Herceptin+docetaxel combination.
