Project Catering
We are looking for people who work in the catering trade, such as hotels, restaurants, fast food, casual dining. etc and have responsibility for choosing and purchasing products for the business to take part in an interesting study
Stage 1 – short interview to get to understand the business (10-15 minutes)
Stage 2 – Interviewer to come to place of work with some product samples to be used in the business (10-15 minutes)
Stage 3 – Follow up interview to discuss experiences, etc with the products samples (15 minutes)
