We are looking males and females aged 18 to 65 living in ST ALBANS, LONDON COLNEY, LUTON, MILTON KEYNES AND LONDON areas to take part in an interesting research about click and collect services. There are 2 parts to the research. The first stage will require a telephone interview for 1 hour which will involve the moderator remotely logging on to your computer. You will be required to make 2-3 purchases from specified retailers using a click and collect service. A payment card will be issued to you to cover the cost of the purchases. The second stage of the research will be a face to face interview for approx 2 hours when you will go with the moderator to collect you ordered goods.

- Telephone interview will be between 23rd April and 28th April 2014. Collections and face to face interviews will take place on 7th/8th/9th May 2014
- £40.00 cash incentive + £20 allowance per item purchased (one item must be returned during this process and you will be able to keep the £20 credit too).
