We are looking males and females aged 18 to 65 living in ST ALBANS, LONDON COLNEY, LUTON, MILTON KEYNES AND LONDON areas to take part in an interesting research about click and collect services. There are 2 parts to the research. The first stage will require a telephone interview for 1 hour which will involve the moderator remotely logging on to your computer. You will be required to make 2-3 purchases from specified retailers using a click and collect service. A payment card will be issued to you to cover the cost of the purchases. The second stage of the research will be a face to face interview for approx 2 hours when you will go with the moderator to collect you ordered goods.
