Project Restaurant Market Research We are looking for people who own or run a restaurant to take part in a group discussion or a one to one interview for 2 hours about cleaning products used in the restaurant.

How many meals do you prepare or serve on an average day? Is you restaurant part of a chain/franchise? If so, please tell us the name of the chain/franchise. Are you responsible for choosing and purchasing the cleaning products and cleaning chemicals for your company? Yes/No? Please state if you have a free choice of cleaning products to choose, choose from a list provided by your organisation or if you have no choice. If you use surface cleaners for cleaning, do you use products that you need to add water to? Yes/No? How do you measure the doses of the cleaning products? Sachet, cap, pump screw, wall mounted system, squeeze into chamber in bottle? Which of the following products do you use in your company; Surface cleaners, Floor cleaners, laundry detergents, bathroom/sanitary cleaners, hand dish, Auto Dish CADW, Auto Dish ADW.
