What type of medication are you taking for your diabetes? I.e. oral medication, injectable insulin, other types of injectable medication such as Byetta/Victoza.

Please tell us the name of the medication/insulin you are taking.

If you are taking an injectable medication, please tell us how long you have been having injections for.
