How long ago were you diagnosed with COPD?

Are you taking an inhaled medication for your condition? If so, please specify the name of the inhaled medication/s that you are taking i.e. Spiriva, Seebri, Pulmicort, Symbicort, etc

Would you describe your COPD as mild, moderate or severe?
