We are looking for people aged 35 to 70 to take part in a research in London for 1 hour about diabetes. This research will involve you doing an online survey at the venue. Please ensure that you are confident using a computer before applying for this study.

What type of treatment are you taking for your diabetes? I.e. Insulin injections, oral tablets, non insulin injections?

If you are taking insulin injections please specify the name/s of the insulin you are taking.

Please tell us how many times a day you inject your insulin.

What is your most recent HbA1c value? (average blood sugar levels over the last 3 months taken by a healthcare professional).
