Project Patients and Caregivers
We are looking for patients aged 12+ and caregivers to take part in and online community for 3 days (3 hours in total) who have been diagnosed by a medical professional who have the following conditions:
Diabetes
Asthma
COPD
Atopic Dermatitis
Psoriasis
Haemophilia
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Heart Conditions
High Blood Pressure

| Teenagers - £60.00 + £20.00 parents chaperone
Patients and Caregivers - £120.00
Paid via BACS within 12 working days
