Does your company supply coffee making facilities in the workplace? If so, please tell us if this is by way of a coffee machine or using a kettle with water and soluble coffee.

Are you a decision maker in the business for the choice of coffee brands that are used?

Please tell us the brands of coffee that you use in the workplace. Please be specific about the brands i.e. Nescafe Gold, Nescafe Azera, Kenco Rich, Kenco Millicano, etc.

Please tell us the type of coffee machine you are using if applicable i.e. filter coffee machine (regular drip coffee), single cup brewer (capsule machine, cafetiere, etc.
