We are looking for people who are treated with intravenous infusions for medical conditions such as Asthma and Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria to take part in an interview for 1 hour in London. You may be selected for a telephone interview instead of a face to face interview.

LOCATION:		Telephone interview or in London W1
DATE:		Thursday 12th or Friday 13th February (telephone interview), Monday 16th February or Tuesday 17th February 2015 (face to face interview)
TIME:		Various daytime slots available
INCENTIVE:		£50.00 (face to face in London), £40 (1 hour telephone interview)
