We are looking for mums with babies aged 0-6 months to take part in a research for 2 hours in Birmingham about milk allergies.

How old is your baby?

Please tell us if your baby has been diagnosed with Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy or Lactose Intolerance.

If your baby has NOT been diagnosed with either of the above, is this something you worry about for your child? Please tell us why i.e. someone in the family has the allergy, etc

If your baby has been diagnosed, please tell us who diagnosed this? I.e. doctor, specialist, yourself
