We are looking for people who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes to take part in an interesting study about the condition.
You will take part in a short telephone interview and then will be sent a pack containing a device that you will be required to use for 16 weeks. This device helps support patients to remember to take their medication daily and at an advised time. All details will be explained fully on the initial call.
After the 16 weeks you will receive a telephone call for a brief follow up.
Please note that this is not a clinical trial and you will not be asked to take any unauthorised medication for this trial.
