We are looking for males and females aged 18-45 to take part in a telephone interview for 45 minutes about emergency contraception.
Dates vary from Thursday 5th November – Friday 20th November 2015
Various times slots available during the daytime and evening TBA

Have you undergone any operation or procedure that means that you are unable to get pregnant or your sexual partner is unable to get pregnant? Yes/No?
Do you or your partner use any of the following methods of contraception?
Combined pill or Progesterone only pill

Have you had unprotected sex in the last 4 weeks? Yes/No?
Have you had unprotected sex in the last 2 weeks? Yes/No?
If yes to unprotected sex, did this happen?
In a committed long term relationship including marriage
A new short term relationship
A sexual relationship which lasted one night only
Which of the following reasons applies to you in regards to having unprotected sex?
Wanted to get pregnant
Failed contraception e.g. split condom, cap slipped, etc..
Forgot to use contraception
Missed taking the contraceptive pill
Do not usually use any form of contraception
Did you/your partner seek emergency contraception after this episode of unprotected sex/ Yes/No?
Have you/your partner ever used emergency contraception in the past e.g. Morning After pill
